Our client, a leading architecture firm, is seeking a Junior Office Assistant/Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting entry-level role that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office administration and marketing.

Position Details
  • Location: Full office-based
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
  • Duration: ASAP until around December (with potential for extension)
  • Pay: £15 p/h
What You'll Do

As a Junior Office Assistant/Marketing Assistant, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

Front of House Duties (2 days a week)
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly smile
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries effectively
  • Ensure the reception area is organised and inviting
Marketing Support (3 days a week)
  • Assist the Head of Brand and Marketing with various projects
  • Help create engaging content for social media and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events
