The role requires a poised and organized professional with a background in luxury hospitality to manage high-level communications and scheduling. This position is full-time on-site with an hourly rate of £25 plus holiday pay accrual. The role lasts 8 weeks with possible extension.

Role: Temporary EA to CEO. Start Date: Immediate. Hours: 9am - 5. Duration: 8 weeks plus possible extension. Location: Central London (West End). Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Services. Role Model: Full-Time | On-Site - Monday to Friday. Hourly Rate: £25 per hour plus holiday pay accrual.

About the Role

We are seeking a poised, resourceful, and impeccably organised Executive Assistant to support a CEO in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This role demands a professional with a background in luxury hospitality-ideally from high-end restaurants or five-star hotels-who understands the nuances of discretion, service excellence, and anticipatory support.

As the CEO's right hand, you will manage complex scheduling, high-level communications, and confidential matters with grace and precision. Your hospitality experience will be key in navigating VIP interactions, curating elevated experiences, and maintaining a polished presence in every engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and daily agenda with meticulous diligence.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and client engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism.
