Job summary

A leading Global Investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide temporary cover. This role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of EA experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. This temporary position lasts 4-5 months, requiring 4 days in-office and 1 day WFH.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 - 8 years EA experience, ideally within Management Consultancy, Private Equity, Asset Management, or professional services.
  • The ability to hit the ground running, quickly understand priorities, and add value with minimal direction.

A leading Global Investment firm is seeking a highly experienced, immediately effective Executive Assistant to provide holiday cover within one of its most focused and diligent divisions.

This team operates with precision, pace and high expectations, so they require an Executive Assistant who can step in seamlessly, understand the of their work, and bring a proactive, solutions‑led approach from day one. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels.

Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team, you will ensure a smooth operation. You will manage a complex diary, coordinating international meetings across multiple time zones and handling complex travel, expenses and itineraries. Your ability to anticipate needs, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and keep communication flowing will be critical to supporting the team effectively during this period.
