A professional services firm in City Of London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for temporary coverage during a sabbatical. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Management Consultancy or Private Equity. Job description

We are seeking an establishedExecutive Assistant to cover a 3 - 4 monthsabbatical from December.

This is an exciting opportunity for a focused, conscientious EA with a background in ideally Management Consultancy, Private Equity or similar professional services to step into a high-performing team.

The team thrives on precision and communication. They need an EA who can quickly grasp how they operate, take ownership of their responsibilities, and deliver a proactive, solution-focused approach from the outset. You will be confident, exceptionally organised,and client facing in your communication.

Working closely 4 - 6 Managing Directors, you will manage a complex diary, coordinate and oversee travel and expenses, and handle detailed itineraries. As an EA, you will anticipate theirneeds, maintain a strong attention to detail, whilst also ensuring smooth communication.

You will ideally have a minimumof 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
  • Managing complex diaries and schedules.
  • Arrangeinternational meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Process expenses and manage detailed itineraries.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact internally and externally, ensuring smooth communication.
Requirements:
  • You must be an Executive Assistant have have experiencegained withinManagement Consultancy, Private Equity, or professional services
  • A minimumof 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
Details:
  • Temporary sabbatical cover for 3–4 months starting mid-December.
  • 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
