Office Angels is assisting a premium pet food brand in recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Executive (Maternity cover). The role handles inquiries via phone, email, social media and web chat, delivering exceptional service and product information from their Tottenham Court Road office with hybrid work (2 days in the office, 3 from home). Start Date: Monday 7th September (flexible).

End Date: End June 2027. Pay: £14.50. Hours: 08.30–17.00, Mon–Fri.

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a premium pet food brand known for its commitment to quality and care, is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant and supportive team.

As a Customer Care Executive you will act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver exceptional customer service to their customers. This will shine through in everything you do from supporting and managing customer enquiries (via telephone, email, social media and - soon enough - web chat), ensuring they offer the best customer experience, nutritional advice, product information and emotional support at all times. You will also liaise with all the other teams in the business to ensure they are always aligned and giving up to date information, and therefore giving the best possible service

A passion for pets is important, and for this role in particular you need a background in dealing with our four-legged friends
