A leading staffing agency is seeking a Temporary Corporate Events Assistant to coordinate training courses and manage event logistics. The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and a background in training coordination. You'll be responsible for liaising with vendors, supporting delegates on-site, and ensuring events run smoothly. Location: West End, London - based at a luxury 5 star hotel in Mayfair where you will be onsite for the delivery of the training courses.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: until the end of December - you must be able to work over Christmas
Hours: Monday - Friday - 07:30 - 15:30
Pay: 16.00 p/h
As a Corporate Events Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating training courses, managing schedules, and ensuring all materials are prepared for successful delivery. Your ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment will be essential as you liaise with trainers, participants, and venues to ensure the smooth execution of events.
