Angard Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Advisor (Complaints) in Plymouth, PL9 7HJ. This temporary 12-week booking requires you to provide first-time solutions by telephone and email within agreed handling times, in a busy contact centre with multi-screen systems.

Successful candidates will complete a mandatory three-week training programme with no annual leave during training. Hours are 37.5 per week, 8:00–18:30, Mon–Sat, with Saturday work essential; start dates: 12/10/2026,

Formación

• Proven record in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and telephony experience.
• Proficient in email, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Ability to handle difficult complaints professionally and with resilience.
