Job Description
The Temporary Company Secretary Assistant will join a small co-sec function. You will be a junior co-sec with strong governance administration experience looking to develop further within the Co-Sec field. You will provide
- Provide company secretary administrative support to the C-Suite team, including supporting the meeting cycle.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of board meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and documentation.
- Support the drafting and filing of governance-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Respond to queries and requests related to corporate governance matters.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Company Secretary Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or governance role within the property industry.
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices and compliance requirements.
- Ideally have a law degree and be embarking on the CGI qualification
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
