This role includes coordinating returns, handling customer queries, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion, strong writing skills, and an eye for detail. An option to work from home is available after training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage monetary responsibilities for returns and exchanges.
• Provide personal service for sizing and brand queries.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Work from HQ in Solihull, with remote work option after training.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate returns and exchanges, liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with the service and the process is easy and quick.
• Handle monetary responsibilities for returns and exchange management.
• Provide personal and professional customer service for queries related to sizing, stock, brand, etc.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to meet daily business requirements.
• Work 4 out of 5 days from HQ in Solihull, Birmingham; option to work from home on Tuesdays once training has been completed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passionate about customer experience, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed.
• Have experience in fashion.
• Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker.
• Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
• Excellent at writing professional communications with good grammar and on-brand terminology for Lounge.
• Have knowledge around consumer behaviour.
• Are passionate about Jewellery.
