Overview

Temporary Christmas Sales Associate - Part Time - Commission, incentives and great staff discount. Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores, a period for teams with a passion for quality customer service to create a festive atmosphere and deliver Amazing Customer Experiences.

As the face of H. Samuel, you will reflect our brand, culture and customers in your day-to-day interactions. We celebrate a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that encourages personal style while supporting a professional shopping environment.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers find jewellery, watches or “something special” and ensure they leave with it gift-wrapped.
  • Answer customer questions, showcase products, and use sales skills to help the team meet targets during peak Christmas periods.
  • Provide memorable customer experiences by putting the customer first and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

  • Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
  • Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required but is a bonus.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
