Job summary

SMITHS in the City of London is seeking a Christmas cover team member for a short-term contract from 17 November to 21 December 2026. The role spans across four floors, from morning lattes to evening cocktails, in a fast-paced setting.

Basic cocktail knowledge is essential and prior experience is welcome, though we will train on the rest. The position offers weekly pay, open shifts across floors, and a friendly, upbeat team environment.

Christmas cover contract - November 17th to December 21st 2026 - TEAM MEMBER

Located in the heart of the City of London, just minutes from Farringdon, Barbican and Blackfriars stations and a short walk from Chancery Lane, SMITHS is the ideal place for guests to meet for any occasion.

Set across four stunning floors SMITHS is home to a bright, open-plan bar, private dining and meeting rooms, a large grill-style restaurant and an epic rooftop bar and terrace - with each floor offering its own unique and wonderful drinking and dining experience.

Please note we are open from 7.30 am most days.

What we look for in our Team Members:

We are looking for a bubbly and outgoing team member to join our team full-time.

Role located across all floors, in a fast-paced environment. From latte art in the morning, draught beers all day, and cocktails in the evening; we're looking for team members who can do it all!

Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable however a true passion for food and beverages, attention to detail and WILL DO attitude is enough for us - we will train you on the rest!
