Job Title: Temporary Audio Typist

Contract: Temporary

Location: Glasgow City

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30 AM– 5 PM

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Duration: 8-10 Weeks

Are you a fast and accurate typist with a sharp ear and an eye for detail? Office Angels Glasgow is looking for a confident and capable Audio Typist to support our client's legal team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio files into written documents such as reports, legal documents, and meeting minutes.
• Handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality in line with data protection guidelines.
• Work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Proofread and format documents to ensure consistency, correct grammar, and appropriate structure.
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to clarify dictation or document requirements when necessary.
• Assist with general office administration such as photocopying, scanning and diary management.
