We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support our Assisted Living client based in Garvagh. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, paid at £12.50 per hour, starting immediately.

The placement is for an initial 4-week period, reviewed weekly. An Access NI check will be completed by us prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document preparation
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Supporting staff with day-to-day office duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the home
What We Need From You
  • 1–2 years’ office administration experience
  • Willingness to complete an Access NI check
