Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Telford is seeking a temporary office assistant to support a project. The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring product information to Datasheets and performing data entry tasks. Previous office experience or recent graduation is preferred. The role offers a friendly work environment and is expected to last 3 to 5 weeks, with potential for extension. Competitive hourly rate is available.

Qualifications

  • Previous office-based experience or a recent Graduate.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail whilst carrying out a repetitive task.
  • IT literate including comfortable using MS PowerPoint and File Explorer for locating files.

Responsibilities

  • Transferring product information to newly branded Datasheets on MS PowerPoint.
  • Data entry of product information on to the Datasheet template.
  • Find relevant PDF image in electronic folder and copy and paste to Datasheet template.
  • Raise concerns / issues to relevant colleagues.
