Job summary

Uniserve are seeking Warehouse Operatives to assist and support the Management Team to achieve the warehouse KPI’s. This temporary role runs for 3-4 months starting in August, with day shifts (6-3, 9-6) and night shifts to be confirmed.

You will perform picking, packing, stock checks and use WMS to locate products, supporting the team to meet targets. The role emphasises teamwork, clear communication and attention to detail, with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing and shipping.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete picking routines and stock checks.
• Prepare products for delivery and check/confirm load accuracy.
• Operate mechanical lifting equipment as required and trained.
• Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
• WMS software use to locate and pick products.
