Job summary

Astro Education are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for roles across Cheshire East and Cheshire West, from Nursery to Year 6, including SEN positions. Roles range from part-time to full-time, long-term and permanent, with a daily rate of £90–£100.

Successful candidates will support in Early Years, KS1 and KS2 classrooms with flexibility, teamwork, and a patient approach; typical working hours are 8:30–15:30.

Qualifications

• Experience as Early Years, Key Stage 1 or 2 Class Teaching Assistant or SEN TA
• Be flexible and patient
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Be able to work 8:30-15:30

Responsibilities

• Support across Nursery to Year 6 in primary schools
• Assist teachers and SEN needs in EYFS/KS1/KS2
• Adapt to different year groups and SEN requirements
