Temp to Perm Medical Secretary Manager
Location: Roehampton, Surrey
Industry: Private Healthcare
Hours: 37.5 hour per week
Temp Pay: £17.50 per hour
Perm Salary: £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of medical secretaries to ensure efficient operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure all billing processes are followed and revenue is collected promptly.
  • Patient Coordination: Monitor referrals and appointments, ensuring patients have the necessary funding in place.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, minute-taking, and managing correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to patients, creating a positive experience.
  • Record Management: Maintain up-to-date patient records in Carenotes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
