Job summary

A highly respected food manufacturer in Peterborough is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to ensure compliance through quality sampling and reporting. Ideal candidates will have experience in QA/Sensory and Good Laboratory Practices, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. An HNC in a science subject is preferred. The role involves significant lab work and immediate start availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment working within QA/Sensory.
• Practical experience of Good Laboratory Practices.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality sampling, analysis & reporting for various samples.
• Timely maintenance of data systems for compliance.
• Support sensory activities including taste panels and sample preparation.
