A recruitment agency is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Annesley. The ideal candidates will possess a polite and professional telephone manner and the ability to prioritize workloads. This role is hybrid with a mix of home and office work, requiring availability for various shifts from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings. The role offers a competitive pay of £12.50 per hour with potential for benefits once permanent.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience however this is not essential. What is essential is having the ability to make customers feel listened to and be able to effectively resolve problems.
Due to the location of the role, a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.
The role has working hours Monday to Friday with shifts of 8am‑4pm, 9am‑5pm, 10am‑6pm or 12pm‑8pm. The later shift is 12pm‑8pm allowing work from home. The role is hybrid working with 2 days per week from home and 3 days from the office. New starters spend the first couple of weeks training full time from the office on the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, which will also be from home.
