CPM United Kingdom Limited is recruiting a Samsung TVAV Promoter to drive in-store sales at Currys, Gateshead. You will own the Samsung TVAV area, deliver expert demonstrations, and recommend premium Samsung solutions to customers on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during a fixed-term period.

You will engage shoppers on the shop floor, advocate Samsung technology, and build strong relationships with store teams to maximise Samsung's share of business.

Qualificações

• Confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for technology.
• Experience promoting TVs and home entertainment products.
• Able to work in-store as part of a temporary assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage customers and convert enquiries and demonstrations into Samsung sales.
• Deliver sales against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Use questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
• Demonstrate Samsung TVs and confidently explain premium features and technologies.
• Drive premium TV sales, larger screen sizes and relevant product upgrades.
• Maximise attachment opportunities across soundbars, wall mounts and accessories.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers to increase Samsung recommendation.
• Support colleagues with product knowledge, demonstrations and sales coaching.
• Take ownership of Samsung's in-store presentation, ensuring displays, demonstrations, pricing and promotional materials are maintained to a high standard.
• Ensure demo equipment, content and connectivity are working correctly and escape any issues.
• Represent Samsung and CPM professionally at all times.
