Job Overview

Temp Recruitment Administrator

Immediate start, ongoing duration with strong view to a permanent opportunity within.

£12.75 per hour, weekly pay.

Based in the Centre of Manchester, you will support a team of high-performing Recruitment Consultants with all administrative tasks involved in successfully placing candidates in jobs. Responsibilities include screening CVs over the phone, setting up new starters, processing temp timesheets, applying for references, typing job specifications and interview confirmation emails, managing job boards and social media platforms to promote job openings and attract talent. You will also assist consultants in maintaining contact with clients through regular calls and emails to remind them of services.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous administrative experience (experience in recruitment or HR is a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player who approaches every task with enthusiasm and positivity
