Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support the People & Culture agenda for a third sector organisation in Edinburgh. The role involves providing HR support across the colleague lifecycle, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and payroll activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and experience in customer-focused environments. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational HR support and coordinate People activities.
  • Draft People related communications and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate recruitment and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support payroll processes and deliver People Operations activities.
