Job description

We have a fantastic new EA role supporting the CEO, for temp bookings across the year. Ideally, we want to find an EA who is only seeking temp EA roles and is available year-round for repeat bookings.

The CEO has a strong online media presence and is seeking a tech- and media-savvy EA to provide high-level support.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly capable and personable temp Executive Assistant with experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer and assistance to direct reports of the CEO as required.

If you have supported at the C-Suite level in Investment banking, that could work really well for this role!

Duties include

  • Arranging and organising ever-changing schedules, both business and personal, intense diary management.
  • Manage complex international and domestic travel arrangements, often with little advance notice
  • Assist the CEO in the preparation of presentations, reports, proposals etc.
  • Draft correspondence and responses on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain key documentation and records
  • Social media maintenance and engagement Internet and intranet maintenance
  • Assist senior team members as required.
  • Collaborate and work cohesively with Group EAs

Skills and experience required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as EA to C-suite Executives Graduate degree, preferably in Business/Communications or related field Technical
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Social media-savvy with an interest in marketing and communications
  • Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and organisational skills Accurate and attentive with the ability to anticipate and take the initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable and able to work well in a small company environment
