Overview

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Oldbury
Full-time
8:30am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
£12.21 -£12.50 per hour (based on experience)
Temporary - 3 Months

About you
  • Confident working in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
  • Motivated, proactive, and customer focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience using SAP is essential - applications without SAP experience will not be considered.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and process orders efficiently.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and promote products through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Prepare and maintain quotations, offers, and pricing lists.
  • Support order handling during busy periods and liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Input and maintain accurate data using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Assist with frame agreements and special orders as required.
  • Occasionally attend customer visits alongside field sales staff.
