Job summary

Polar Speed, a UPS company, is seeking a reliable Healthcare Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop) to join the Fareham team. You will collect and deliver temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products across multiple locations on a daily route, serving hospitals, GP surgeries, pharmacies, and patients at home.

This role offers full-time hours, a 40-hour week, and entails driving to maintain product integrity and compliance within temperature-controlled conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.
• Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
• Ideally no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage a busy delivery schedule.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
• Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, or temperature-controlled environments.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Manage a multi-drop route while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Check, scan, and track consignments accurately.
• Complete daily vehicle and refrigeration unit safety checks.
• Ensure products remain within required temperature ranges throughout transportation.
• Accurately capture electronic proof of delivery and complete driver manifests.
• Maintain effective communication with operational teams and customers.
• Follow all company procedures, healthcare regulations, and road safety requirements.
• Demonstrate professional and safe driving standards at all times.
• Present a professional appearance and represent Polar Speed positively with every customer interaction.
