Job summary

Zohorecruit is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to work at a DWP site in Leeds. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe and presentable environment while following site cleaning and safety procedures.

Start ASAP. Contract is temporary covering a vacancy with finish date 16 January 2027. Duties include vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, emptying bins and replenishing supplies, while following BPSS and Right to Work requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
• Able to work independently and follow site procedures.
• BPSS screening is required for the DWP environment.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washrooms and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting stock or maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
