Job summary

PRS are seeking an experienced Chef based in Thirsk for a temporary assignment. You will produce and deliver meals that are safe, nutritious, and of the highest quality for staff and visitors, with variable hours and a pay rate of £16-£20 per hour.

You will hold Food Safety Level 2 and allergens knowledge, and you must apply HACCP principles to ensure readiness for service and timely presentation during peak trade. Experience in fast-paced outlets is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Safety Level 2 certification.
• Knowledge of food allergens management.
• Solid HACCP understanding and application.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver safe, hygienic, high-quality food for staff and visitors.
