Job summary

Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Telesales Operative for our refurbished Parts Plus Centre in Aylesford. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while hitting sales targets. Salary £32,000 with OTE £35,000, full-time, Monday–Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is preferred.
• Experience using a parts catalogue.
• Strong customer service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Process the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPIs.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Ensure proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts.
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Follow Parts Plus policies and procedures.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Telesales Operative to join our newly refurbished Parts Plus Centre in Aylesford. To be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving allocated sales targets. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s, with a basic salary of £32,000 and an OTE of £35,000 reporting to the Centre Manager.

Do I need experience?

To be considered for the position you will need to have previous automotive experience, as well as experience using a parts catalogue. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

As a Telesales Operative, you will be responsible for and not limited to:

• Processing the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPI’s
• Accurately identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirements
• Ensuring the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts
• Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
• Ensuring all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed
