Overview

Handle Recruitment is a candidate experience in outbound calling and working with databases to support B2B media and events organisation.

This is a temporary position to begin ASAP for 4 weeks, hybrid working in Central London, afternoon/evening hours, pay rate £13.85ph

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to US based clients on the database.
• Building and growing relationships with these clients, ensuring you are always providing excellent service when responding to requests and queries.
• Recording accurate information and contact details from the client and ensuring this data is kept safe and secure.

Qualifications

• Availability to start immediately, and able to commit to working afternoon/evening shifts.
• Flexibility to work from home and the central London office when needed.
• Outbound calling experience in B2B.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
