Our Recycling England division is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join our Regional Sales team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities.

About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be focused on generating regional sales growth through proactive telephone-based sales, targeting a variety of sectors across the UK. Your main focus will be driving the growth of our trade offer, creating long‑term value for the business, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively make outbound calls to exceed sales and activity targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals based on client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers and key internal teams.
  • Direct relevant prospects to our field sales team for further engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting key developments.
  • Use social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and industry news to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, corporate events, and other business development activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
