Job title: Telesales Executive
Location: West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 + £10,000 OTE

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join a thriving sales team in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in telesales, door‑to‑door, or cold‑calling who loves building connections, winning new business, and developing strong customer relationships.

You’ll work alongside another new starter, so now’s the perfect time to join and grow together in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of around 350 existing customer accounts
• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and social media engagement
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell a diverse range of business products and services
• Reactivate dormant accounts and maximise revenue potential from warm leads
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through excellent communication and service
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activity in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Credit Control, Marketing, Product Management, and Transport to ensure smooth customer operations
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance targets

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have at least 1 year’s experience in telesales, cold‑calling, door‑to‑door sales, or a similar customer‑focused role.

Key requirements

• Confident, persuasive communicator with a positive and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Able to handle objections professionally and maintain enthusiasm throughout the sales cycle

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in business supplies, services, or similar industries
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience identifying new market opportunities and driving account growth
