Telesales Executive

Location: Cardiff (walkable from the train station)

Salary: £27,000 per annum, OTE £47,000

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, an IT Managed Services Provider and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital part in the sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.

Job Duties:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
  • Updating customer information in the database during and after each call
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role within IT Services
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
