Telesales Executive - Sheffield - £28,000 plus bonus

We are now looking for a customer-obsessed, energetic, and driven Telesales Executive to join this high-performing team. This will initially be a 3 month contract with the high probability of it becoming a permanent role.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Make targeted outbound calls to strengthen relationships and grow revenue
  • Follow up on service team sales opportunities
  • Conduct customer check-ins and reviews (phone or MS Teams)
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell across platinum accounts
  • Spot risks early and keep customers delighted
  • Use data and insights to improve service quality
  • Keep CRM records clear, accurate, and up to date

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in telesales, customer success, account management, or a customer-focused role
  • A strong track record in upselling, cross-selling, and hitting targets
  • Excellent communication skills friendly, persuasive, confident
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Strong computer skills (CRM use + solid Excel)
  • A proactive, positive, customer-first mindset
