The role. We're looking for a confident and proactive Telesales Executive to join a well-established business recognised as a market leader in the waste export industry. Trusted by some of the world's largest ocean freight carriers, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving business growth in a dynamic and evolving market.

This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:
  • Sourcing new leads through research and outbound outreach
  • Creating, managing, and updating leads within a CRM system
  • Cold calling potential customers to introduce the business and qualify interest
  • Presenting warm, qualified leads to the internal team for pricing and follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes
