Telesales Customer Advisor

Location: Office-based in Colchester

Salary: £28,000 Basic + Bonus.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We're looking for an experienced Telesales Customer Advisor to join our client's friendly team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to their growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Turning customer enquiries into profitable orders for branded promotional merchandise.
• Advising clients on product options and branding methods.
• Preparing accurate quotes and visuals.
• Processing and managing orders from start to finish using our internal system.
• Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure right-first-time delivery.
• Following up on website enquiries by phone and email to convert leads.
• Staying on top of admin and order updates to keep everything on track.
