Telesales / Business Development Executive

Our growing Herefordshire based client is seeking an experienced Telesales professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a key role within a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals, seeking out growth opportunities.

You can expect:
  • Salary - £33k - 35k plus significant uncapped OTE earnings – experienced Telesales and BDM professionals are encouraged to apply!
  • Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch) – Site based
  • Ongoing growth opportunities
What you will be doing:
  • Ability to focus on getting the job done and hitting KPI call volumes
  • Persistent focus on breaking down barriers to new markets and fanatical follow up of opportunities
  • CRM management and sales tools to ensure all communications are documented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
  • Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day
What we are looking for:
  • Tenacious and ambitious person, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situations
  • Experience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environment
  • Demonstrate progressive sales b2b or account management experience
  • Excellent time management to get the best out of your day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teams
  • Must be happy to be office based in south Hereford
