Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a driven Telesales Appointment Booker to join their in-house Marketing team. You'll play a key role in generating quality appointments for their sales team and helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange appointments for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads to ensure suitability for sales consultations.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all activity using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls and appointments.
  • Overcome objections confidently and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
About You
  • 6 months-3 years' experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B appointment booking.
