We are excited to announce the expanding of our Telesales / Service Team with members that can make outgoing calls and up sales in our Sharnbrook office.

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Sharnbrook

Job Type: Permanent contract, Part time

Expected hours: 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
• You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
• Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
• Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.

You will need:

• to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
• a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
• Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
