B2B Telesales Account Manager

Starting base 25,000, negotiable DOE. OTE 40,000+ uncapped

Responsibilities
  • Develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes.
  • Fully account manage accounts and cross-sell and upsell other products and services during their time as a customer.
  • Make a high volume of outbound telesales calls and speak with decision makers at the highest level within a target business.
  • Build fantastic rapport and listening skills to understand customer needs and close sales.

  • Experience in B2B telesales / internal sales with outbound activity.
  • Proven ability to engage with decision makers at target businesses.
  • Money-driven, target-focused, and successful in high-volume outbound environments.
  • Strong rapport-building and listening skills.
Compensation and Potential

Base salary starting at 25,000 (DOE). On target earnings of around 30,000–40,000. Top performers in this role have earned 60,000–70,000 annually; building an account base to that level may take time.
