  • Outbound Calls: Make high-volume fact-finding outbound calls to contractors.
  • Interest Assessment:Determine if contractors are interested in switching to umbrella services for better financial management and benefits or to hear more about LTD company options.
  • Role Exploration:Inquire if contractors are open to new job opportunities and gather relevant information.
  • Email Outreach Campaigns:Create and manage email outreach campaigns to engage contractors, assess their needs, and generate leads.
  • Lead Management:Record and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Data Entry:Accurately input and update contractor information in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from contractors to help improve our services and offerings.
Requirements:Education:GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are a plus.Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
