About the Role
In the role of Telesales Executive you will be instrumental in driving the business forward by:
- Conducting high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage prospective clients in the commercial fit-out and workplace design market.
- Qualifying leads and building relationships with decision-makers in offices, real estate teams and corporate workplaces.
- Promoting the company's full interior design-and-delivery offering, articulating value and unique selling points.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, maintaining accurate records and progressing engagements through to hand‑over to the wider sales or design teams.
- Collaborating with the marketing and business-development functions to refine call scripts, outreach programmes and lead lists.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and conversion into opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or business-development role—ideally within construction, interiors, real‑estate services or professional services.
- Strong telephone manner, excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior clients.
- Experience working with CRM systems, managing lead pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
- Results‑driven mindset with demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based and remote working days.
- Ability to learn and present technical / service-led offerings with clarity and confidence.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and drive
