Overview

Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for great customer service? We're looking for a Telephone Support Technician to join our Aftersales Team, supporting customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee vending machines.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with vending machines
  • Support and maintain customer service contracts and spare parts requests
  • Keep accurate call logs, records, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prepare and update technical documentation for internal and customer use
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Production) to deliver quick solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold health, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of basic electrical principles plus mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & MS Office (SAP desirable)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised multitasker with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • GCSE level education (or equivalent) in relevant subjects
