They're a platform provider who see the value in hiring people on the up. Someone for whom this job is the next logical step in their career. Someone who works in the platform space but who wants a more client focused, targeted job.

Someone like you.

They'll invest in you. They'll train you in the soft skills you need and support you through exams. They can even help match your ambition if one day you want to be a financial planner. How many firms in the intermediary space can offer that?

They have a salary bracket of £40,000 - £50,000. Bonus is an average of £12,000 albeit you can earn up to £20,000 extra each year. Benefits are excellent and include a non‑con 10% pension, DIS, IP and private medical cover.

You’ll be home based but you won’t be alone. You’ll be working in conjunction with a field‑based BDM and another account manager. It's a real team effort at this firm as you'll work together to give your panel the best coverage.

You’ll deal with a panel of IFAs with a focus on investments/asset management. The proposition includes a platform, 82 funds and ESG. You’ll also have access to pension, estate planning and ISA products.

The patch is doing well. Really well. But they're limited because of the size of the team hence this hire. You'll help manage the panel but will work on new business too (where there's extra incentives).

It's one of the best-known brands in the profession, so you won't have a hard time speaking to decision makers. But they aren't a firm to rest on their laurels. They've designed new products to compete with the industry disruptors to maintain a competitive edge.

They want someone to support the BDM/TAM in the South West of England / South Wales area (so Bath/Bristol/Cardiff are good areas). You'll attend events and have the occasional visit so there is some travel that said.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Background wise you need to have wealth or platform knowledge/experience within the wealth/financial planning field - They won't look at anyone without it.

And whilst you need to have experience of dealing with IFAs you don't need to be in a front line sales position. It's about talent/potential not experience.

Progress with a level 4 diploma in financial planning would be great.
