Job description
Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated commission only Telemarketer to drive outbound sales into the screen‑printing, garment decoration, and brand apparel sectors. You will contact commercial screen printers and fashion/retail brands to identify opportunities for on‑demand garment production using our All‑In‑Contract (AIC) model.

Ideal prospects are those printing approximately 500+ garments per day (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) or brands producing frequent small runs, limited collections, or promotional batch orders who want to bring production in‑house.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to screen printers, garment decorators, fulfilment operations, and fashion/retail brands.
  • Work from a provided list of 250+ UK‑based commercial screen printers.
  • Research and source additional new opportunities independently.
  • Identify print volumes and assess production suitability.
  • Follow a structured qualification script (training provided).
  • Record all activity and notes in a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Book discovery meetings (face‑to‑face) for the Sales Manager with qualified prospects.

Lead Sources

You will be provided with a targeted list of 250+ UK‑based commercial printers. Beyond this, you are expected to research and identify additional opportunities via:

  • Google/web searches
  • LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Industry directories and trade networks
Compensation Structure

This is a commission‑only role initially, with the intention to transition to a base salary + commission after consistent performance.

  • Qualified Lead – Face‑to‑face meeting booked – £25
  • Completed Proposal – Proposal issued after meeting – £150
  • Closed Deal – Prospect signs agreement/purchase – £500

After consistent performance (8–12 completed proposals/month), the role transitions to a part‑time or full‑time base salary + commission structure.
