Job summary

Arc Recruitment is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator for a site in the WF12 area. This temporary ongoing role offers consistent hours and a competitive pay rate. You will be responsible for safely operating a telehandler to support site operations and assist trades with moving materials.

Hourly pay is £21.84, with 10-hour days (6:00am-4:00pm) and an immediate start available. Prior telehandler experience and a valid CPCS/NPORS ticket are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket.
• Experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
• Good health and safety awareness on site.
• Able to follow site instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a telehandler on a busy construction site.
• Transport materials and equipment across site as required.
• Assist site teams with loading, unloading and positioning materials.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report faults.
• Adhere to all site health and safety regulations.
• Support general site duties when the machine is not in use.
