Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking skilled Telehandler Drivers for a residential construction site in Banwell. You will operate the telehandler, move materials, and support the site team while maintaining safety standards.

Applicants should hold a valid CPCS or NPORS card, be fit for work, and bring proven construction site experience. The role offers 21–22 per hour with CIS available and potential long-term work.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is seeking skilled Telehandler Drivers to join a residential construction site in Banwell

You will assist with material movement, support the site team and ensure all operations run safely and efficiently.

What We Offer

• 21- 22 per hour (CIS payment available).

• Monday to Friday working.

• PPE and tools provided on site.

• Possible long-term work available after the first phase is complete.

Key Duties

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently on site.

• Assist with the movement and lifting of materials.

• Follow all site Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card.

• Fit-to-work medical. If you do not currently have a fit-to-work medical, we can arrange one for you; however, your availability must be flexible.

• Proven experience as a Telehandler Driver on construction projects.

• Reliable, consistent and strong work ethic.
