Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a CPCS (BLUE) Telehandler Operator with Medical to join a busy construction site in Hinckley. Working hours are 7:30am to 5pm, Mon-Fri; on-site role with potential changes per site requirements.

Applicants must hold a BLUE CPCS card with Medical, provide PPE if needed, and prove right to work in the UK. Prior experience and references are required; long-term work and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have BLUE CPCS card with Medical.
• PPE provided if required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience and references.

Responsibilities

• Driving the Telescopic Forklift within the Site Traffic Management Plan.
• Load and unload materials from lorries or platforms and transport them as required.
• Perform minor maintenance checks on the plant (oil, tyre pressures, fuel).
• Secure the plant at the end of the day.
• Willing to assist with labouring if needed.

Job description

O'Neill & Brennan is currently looking for a CPCS (BLUE)Telehandler Operator with Medical to start work on a busy construction site in Hinckley.

Working hours are from 7:30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday. (This could be subject to change on site)

All applicants MUST have a CPCS/NPORS card.

Telehandler Operator duties:

• Driving the Telescopic Forklift within the confines of the Site Traffic Management Plan
• Load and unload materials, goods etc from lorries or platforms and transport them both internally and externally to the required location
• Responsible for minor maintenance checks on the plant. Checking oil, tyre pressures and fuel
• Responsible for securing the plant at the end of the day
• Must also be willing to get out of the forklift and help with labourering if needed
