Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd in Elgin currently seeks Telehandlers for a range of assignments with local clients. These are temporary roles with ongoing work for capable candidates and a referral scheme in place. The position offers a pathway to regular site work and competitive pay.

Candidates with NPORS/CPCS cards, PPE, and a keen eye for detail will thrive on busy sites, adhering to safety plans and communicating effectively with managers and team members.

Qualifications

• NPORS/CPCS card required.
• Full PPE required on site.
• Good attention to detail and clear communication with site managers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Telehandler safely to move materials around the site
• Load, unload, lift, and position materials using forks or attachments
• Transport pallets, equipment, and supplies to designated areas
• Carry out daily safety checks and basic machine maintenance
• Follow site instructions, lifting plans, and health & safety procedures
• Assist site teams with general labouring tasks when required
• Maintain clear communication with site managers and ground workers
• Ensure all operations are completed efficiently and safely

Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Telehandlers to work with some of our valued clients in Elgin and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.

Duties to include:

• Operate a Telehandler safely to move materials around the site

• Load, unload, lift, and position materials using forks or attachments

• Transport pallets, equipment, and supplies to designated areas

• Carry out daily safety checks and basic machine maintenance

• Follow site instructions, lifting plans, and health & safety procedures

• Assist site teams with general labouring tasks when required

Requirements:

Location and hours:

• Elgin
• Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00
• Weekends

Payment:

• 22 - 24 per hour
• CIS, PAYE AND UMBRELLA
• Weekly payment
