Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Telehandler Driver for a busy construction site in Somerset. You will operate the telehandler safely, assist with general site duties and help maintain a tidy, safe working environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with some weekend work. Requirements include valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket, proven telehandler experience on site, strong health and safety awareness, and two work references.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket.
• Experience operating a telehandler on a construction site.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable and hardworking with references.
• Ability to work weekend shifts if required.

Telehandler Driver - Somerset

Telehandler Driver required in Somerset

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most reputable main contractors, and they are currently looking for an experienced Telehandler Driver to join their team on a busy construction site in Somerset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the telehandler safely and efficiently, while also assisting with general site duties when required.

Duties will include:

• Operating a telehandler on a busy construction site
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• General labouring duties
• Erecting and maintaining site signage
• Supporting the wider site team as required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Previous experience operating a telehandler within a construction environment
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Able to provide two work references
