Job summary

A telecom solutions provider is seeking two experienced Contract Portfolio Managers for its Indoor and Outdoor Cells programmes. Each role lasts around six months, available as fixed-term contracts or day-rate arrangements. You will be crucial in ensuring multi-site connectivity projects are delivered safely and within budget, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proven experience in telecom site deployments, strong commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management are key for these high-impact roles.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outdoor small cell, macro cell, or street-level telecoms deployments.
• Experience delivering indoor small cell, DAS, or in-building network deployments.
• Strong understanding of permitting, wayleave processes, NRSWA, and street works regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of site deployment projects.
• Ensure cost, time, scope, and quality targets are met.
• Provide leadership and coordination to delivery teams.

Experience managing complex telecoms or technology deployments
